Grading Blogs
After reading some of my classmates posts I realized that they were all good but not all necessarily grammatically correct. I can see why it might be frustrating reading so many of the same thing with poorly written grammar (hopefully there are no grammar mistakes in this post!). So when it comes to grading I think it would be a good idea to have peer grading to save one person having to do it all. As much as I like the sounds of a peer grading process I don't necessarily think it is a good idea because it might not work out fairly or correctly. The reason I think this is because, not to say people aren't honest, but people can be biased so depending if they are grading someone's blog who they like or don't like the grade could be skewed. Overall I don't think that would be a big problem but just something to think about. When it comes to the actual grading of the blog posts (regardless of who is doing the grading) I think it should be focused on the quality and the ideas of the post rather than the length. Also to answer the question if someone can receive a 0 even if they posted something I don't think that should happen unless someone gave an answer that clearly was not thought out or copied from someone else's ideas.

Yeah, I think peer grading has its ups and downs. I think peer commenting is a better way to go...
